Before Using
For electroplating reasons, never use a file or polish the tip of a soldering iron.
It is recommended to apply fresh solder to the tip of the soldering iron during the first heating to remove the surface oxide
Using
Use neutral solder paste as much as possible when soldering.
To clean the tip of the soldering iron, use a cleaning sponge. Do not wipe with a cloth
Keep the working surface always tin-coated, and the soldering temperature should not be higher than 350 ℃
After Using
Before closing the soldering station, do not remove the excess tin on the tip of the soldering iron. These excess tin will protect the surface of the tin and prevent oxidation when the soldering iron head reheats
Avoid using anti-bite solder paste, otherwise it will affect the function of the soldering iron head
To prevent bite, you can remove the tip of the soldering iron from the soldering pen at intervals
When cleaning the tip of the soldering iron, distilled water should be added to the cleaning sponge, because most water contains minerals that will corrode the tip of the soldering iron
Preservation method
Close the soldering station and wait for the soldering iron tip to cool
Clean the tip of the soldering iron with a sponge
Cover the tip of the soldering iron with solder
